Our products have an average shelf life of 2 years. For the best experience, we recommend using them within the first 6-12 months after purchase to ensure optimal freshness.

Our commitment to sustainability extends to our packaging, which is 100% recyclable. We encourage our customers to recycle our packaging after use and to join us in our efforts to reduce waste and protect the planet.

The timeline for seeing results can vary depending on the individual and the product being used. However, many of our customers report seeing noticeable improvements in their skin's appearance and texture within a few weeks of consistent use. We always recommend using our products as directed and giving them time to work their magic.

Although we don't conduct active testing for the presence of those ingredients, our products are manufactured without the commonly listed allergens.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, we accept Bitcoin, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay. We also provide flexible payment plans through Klarna Installments.

After placing an order on endivausa.com, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. A Specialist will handle your order and send a Shipment Confirmation email when your order is fulfilled. In the rare event that we cannot fulfill your order, one of our Specialists will send you a follow-up email, and the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

We are thrilled for you to receive your shipment! If you place your order before 5PM EST, it will be shipped on the same day, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Standard shipping orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days. Express Shipping is available for an additional cost, which varies depending on the delivery location. With this option, you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days.

We believe in keeping you informed. Once we have generated a shipping label for your order, we will promptly send you an email containing tracking details.

After an order is shipped, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. If you don't see an update after 48 hours, please email us at hello@endivausa.com for investigation.

For orders over $75, you'll automatically qualify for FREE Standard U.S. Shipping at checkout. If your order is under $75, we offer Standard U.S Shipping at a calculated rate based on the delivery location.

Sales tax is dependent upon where you live and the items you purchase. All tax estimates will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping carriers and tracking information can be complex, and delays may occur. Sometimes, a carrier may mark an order as delivered but it arrives the next day. We understand the importance of timely delivery and apologize for any inconvenience. If your order has not arrived within 48 hours after the estimated delivery date or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@endivausa.com.

CANCELS & RETURNS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. We will try our best to accommodate your request based on order volume. Please be aware that our products are not intended for commercial or resale purposes. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Use.

Our top priority is providing you with the best possible experience. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for orders that included free shipping.

You may set up a return within 30 days of delivery by directly contacting us through our contact us page and one of our specialists will be glad to assist you.

Endiva products purchased from a retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for purchases made from a retail store through our website.

EMAILS & PROMOTIONS

We love a good discount too, but unfortunately our system only allows for one promo code to be entered per order. Choose wisely!

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor expired promotion codes. However, if you want to be the first to know about our upcoming promotions, be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive offers.
