Shipping & Returns

FULFILLMENT:

We're excited to share that our shipping options are designed to make your experience with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you opt for our Standard Shipping service, rest assured that your domestic or international order will be shipped on the same day, provided it's placed before 5 P.M. EST from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). However, if you happen to place an order after 5 P.M. EST on a business day or during the weekend/holiday, we kindly ask for your patience as it may take 1-2 business days for us to fulfill and ship your order. For customers who've chosen expedited shipping, we're happy to let you know that orders placed before 5 P.M. EST from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped on the same day.

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES:

For Subscription orders, you'll automatically qualify for FREE Standard U.S. Shipping at checkout. This shipping option takes 2-4 business days to deliver once the order has been shipped, but during peak holiday seasons, delivery time may take up to 7 days.

For orders over $50, you'll automatically qualify for FREE Standard U.S. Shipping at checkout. This shipping option takes 2-4 business days to deliver once the order has been shipped. If your order is under $50, we offer Standard U.S Shipping at a calculated rate based on the delivery location. This option also takes 2-4 business days to deliver once the order has been shipped. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, delivery time may take up to 7 days.

For those who need their items sooner, we have Express Shipping available for an additional cost, which varies depending on the delivery location. With this option, you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days.

We also offer International Shipping at varied costs and delivery times depending on the delivery location and package weight. However, it's important to note that we don't offer free shipping on international orders.

CARRIERS WE USE:

We work with multiple carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx, to provide our customers with the best shipping options. We can also require a signature confirmation upon request for added security.

Please note that if you provide a P.O. Box address, your order will be delivered via USPS.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Once you've placed an order on endivausa.com, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email to let you know we've received your request. When your order is fulfilled and on its way, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number so you can easily follow your shipment.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for packages delivered by third-party shipping agencies or the contents of the delivery once it has arrived at their original destination.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. After this one-hour window, we cannot guarantee immediate cancellation of the order.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

For Subscription orders, you'll automatically qualify for FREE Standard U.S. Shipping at checkout. This shipping option takes 2-4 business days to deliver once the order has been shipped, but during peak holiday seasons, delivery time may take up to 7 days.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

PRE-ORDERS:

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. 

RETURNS:

At endivausa.com, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service to all our valued customers. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase, and we're here to help in any way we can. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

You can return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, and we'll be delighted to provide complimentary returns for all domestic orders made on endivausa.com.

Please note that only products purchased on our website can be returned for a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retail stores.

We're unable to accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets, so please make sure you return the complete set for a refund.

We also cannot accept empty or tampered jars, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your package has been marked as delivered but you're unable to locate it or if it was stolen, we're unable to refund your order amount.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been damaged due to misuse, dropping, spilling, or other personal damage.
